The first step is to add the name to the Ayushman card list

To add your name to Ayushman card, you need to go to the official website first.

After opening the home page on the official website, click on the registration option.

By doing this, the registration form will open in front of you.

After opening the registration form, after entering your aadhaar number and mobile number, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number, then you need to verify it.

By doing this your login id and password will be created.

Second step to add name in Ayushman card list

Once you have successfully registered, you should return to the home page.

Now you have to press the sign in button, enter your mobile number and verify the OTP that comes on it.

After doing this, you need to select your district, state and city name for further process.

Now download card and member option will open in front of you, after opening you have to click here.

Now you have to click on add member by selecting this option and add your member name

You have to carefully read and fill all the information related to that person, while submitting, an OTP will be sent to your mobile from which you have to enter it here.
